JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36449/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 08/2008, arising out of Vigilance Case No. 14/2008 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner could not surrender within time because he did not receive information about grant of anticipatory bail. In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 07.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36449/2018.
