The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and also under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
