2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria Cyber P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 373812.80/- has illegally been withdrawn from the bank account of the informant.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of Rakesh Kumar. Rakesh Kumar and the petitioner were found to be involved in the alleged crime.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80247 of 2025(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Superintendent of Police, Araria will take all steps for arrest of the accused person/s including the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Araria through FAX for its compliance.
