The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 10 liters of illicit Mahua liquor from the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioners are accused in some other case but they are on bail in the said cases.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019.
