====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State.

2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 07.03.2024 (Annexure-P/2) before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent No.3) which is still pending and no final decision has been taken on the said representation. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court for disposing of the pending representation of the petitioner after

Patna High Court CWJC No.18767 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.

4. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent No.3) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 (Annexure-P/2) and to take a final decision on the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed by respondent No.3, before the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.

8. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
