Petitioners seek bail in Bypass P.S. Case No.244 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.
First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioners. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner No.2 was arrested in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.28 of 2017 in which his confessional statement was recorded and thereafter both petitioners have been remanded in this case.
Petitioners are in custody since 07.02.2018.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Bypass P.S.
