The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), (c) (d)(f)/33/36/44/47 and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Asct, 2018 (Amended) and Sections 25(1-b)/26 (I), (ii), (iii)/35 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly some country made liquor was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that huge quantity of illegal liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 20.09.2019 and has got clean antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73895 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Munger in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.Case No.226 of 2019, subject to condition that the petitioner will deposit Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) in the Nazarath Civil Court, Munger such deposit of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) shall abide by the out-come of the present criminal case.
