JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2018 Alleging that the petitioner's qualification for promotion as headmaster was not in accordance with law a show cause has been issued to the petitioner on 15.09.2018 (Annexure 5). The petitioner has responded to the same by giving his response before the District Programme Officer on 24.09.2018. The same is Annexure 6 of the writ petition.
