The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 533 of 2009 arising out of Ballia P.S. Case No. 115 of 2003 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail for about 15 months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner undertakes that he will not misuse the privilege of bail in future and he will do the proper Pairvy in the trial court.

No.86691 of 2019(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 533 of 2009 arising out of Ballia P.S.
