JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498-A, 304-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Cade. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him in the written report of the informant. However, it is informed that the husband of the deceased faced trial in S.T. No. 344 of 2017 and has been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. Court No. 2, Khagaria vide Judgment dated 23.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
