2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No.592 of 2023, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 27.03.2023 passed by a Bench of this Court.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on account of sheer inadvertence by the office clerk, the defect(s) could not be removed; however, he undertakes that the same shall be removed within two weeks' if the writ petition is restored.

4. In view of the submissions and the averments made
