The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 514/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 15 litres of Mahua liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 28.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
