Petitioner is accused in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 379, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In the postmortem report, only one gun shot injury is found. Further submission is that there is four eye witnesses named in the first information report. Two eye witnesses have named only co-accused Udai Yadav and another two eye witnesses have not been examined. It is also submitted that

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019.
