Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 364, 307, 302, 328, 120(B), 504, 506 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case on account of land dispute. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after one and half months of the alleged occurrence in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.06.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83180 of 2019(4) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of SDJM., Sadar East Champaran/successor Court in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017.
