The petitioners seek bail in Excise Case No.

869/2018, arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 314/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 6 litres of illicit liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of petitioner no. 1. Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are sons of Petitioner no. 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioners have clean antecedent. They are in custody since 05.09.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65172 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd, Jehanabad in connection with Excise Case No. 869/2018, arising out of Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 314/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
