In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Brahampur (Krishnabrahm) P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. As per allegation, 8 liters of illegal foreign liquor have been recovered from the motorcycle.
