JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and counsel for the informant . The petitioner seeks bail in Korha P. S. Case No. 208 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing stab injury in the abdomen of husband of informant.

Case diary has been received, wherein, the statement of injured is available at paragraph-18. He has levelled specific allegation of giving stab blow in the abdomen against the petitioner. The doctor has found stab injury on the left side of upper abdomen on the person of the injured. The nature of the injury was described as dangerous to life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65127 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charge. The court below will frame charge without any delay. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period.
