The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- (i) Issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the notification No.- Vanya Prani-30/19-1035 (E) dated 02.08.2019 by which fishing activities was banned and Gogabil Lake along with its surrounding area i.e., forest as the same was declared Gogabıl Bird Sanctuary as contained in annexure-P3 of this writ

(ii) Issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the notification No.-Vanya Prani-30/19-1036 (E) dated 02.08.2019 by which fishing activities was banned in Gogabil Lake along with other activities in its surrounding area i.e., forest as the same was declared Gogabil Bird Sanctuary as contained in annexure-P 4 of this writ application.
(iii) Issuance of writ of mandamus directing the Respondent authorities to restore the status of Gogabil Lake according to Bihar Matasya Jalkar Adhınıyam 2006 as it is effecting the life of 1600 fishermen families residing near it.

It appears that the petitioner has not annexed any documents/papers which suggest that petitioner is the rightful owner of the land in question and without any basis the petitioner has challenged the notification No.- Vanya Prani30/19-1035 (E) dated 02.08.2019 by which fishing activities was banned and Gogabil Lake along with its surrounding area was declared Gogabil Bird Sanctury.
4. No case is made out for interference of this Court in the present writ application. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Suruchi/- U
