2. It is informed on behalf of Opposite Party No.2 that the substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner and the amount relating to the financial upgradation (ACP and MACP) is being considered by the Committee and it is expected that it

3. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of O.P.no.2 in the open Court before the petitioner, I find that O.P.no.2 will take all sincere efforts to abide by his own information given before the Court that any dues, which still remains to be paid to the petitioner on account of ACP and MACP, the same will be paid to the petitioner well within a period of two weeks.

4. The present contempt petition is accordingly consigned.
