2. Pursuant to the order dated 08.07.2025, the SHO, K. Nagar Police Station has appeared physically and the Superintendent of Police, Purnea has appeared virtually.

3. Learned counsel for the State as well as the Superintendent of Police, Purnea have assured this Court that all protection will be provided to the petitioner when the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.68 of 2024(3) dt.15-07-2025 2/2 constructs boundary wall and if the Deputation of a Magistrate is required, the Superintendent of Police, Purnea will write to the District Magistrate, Purnea for deputation of the Magistrate.

4. The petitioner will give a fresh application to the District Magistrate, Purnea and the Superintendent of Police, Purnia.

5. Before starting construction of boundary wall, the petitioner will inform the Superintendent of Police, Purnea and the local Police Station about the start of the work as also the District Magistrate, Purnea.

6. The District Magistrate, Purnea, the Superintendent of Police, Purnia and the SHO, K. Nagar Police Station will act in accordance with law.

7. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
