JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing dacoity in the house of the informant and looting away jewellery and cash.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the F.I.R. and having no criminal antecedents. Further submission is that jewellery is recovered from his shop, however the looted article has not been put on TIP and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 08.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Case No. 271 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
