It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Counsel for the State and the University, that his case is covered by the decision rendered in the case of Akhilanand Singh & Others -Versus- State of Bihar & Others decided by this Court in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 17670 of 2017.

It is submitted that petitioner would be raising his comprehensive claim by making a representation relying upon Annexure 5 dated 12.06.2018.

Petitioner would be at liberty to raise his comprehensive claim by filing representation before respondent No 4 within four weeks from today.

In the event, such representation is filed, respondent No 4 should examine the claim of the petitioner and dispose it of in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
