2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3 . Prosecution case is that 20 liters illicit liquor were recovered from scotty of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the scotty of which petitioner is registered owner and has got criminal antecedent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83498 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 similar nature .

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
