The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur OP) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 143, 341, 323, 353, 337 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is only a member of the mob. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75570 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Siwan in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
