Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

In the nature of prayer made in the modification application, the Court is not inclined to allow the modification application as petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail as petitioner had accepted that he will pay a monthly maintenance of Rs. 5,000/- to his wife, but after obtaining anticipatory bail, the instant modification has been filed with a prayer that the amount of maintenance be reduced.

Accordingly, the instant modification application is dismissed.
