====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners seek bail in Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2018 arising out of Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 424 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are Dewar and mother-in-law of the deceased. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 50923 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67806 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2018 arising out of Hajipur (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 424 of 2013 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
