JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pirpainti P. S. case no. 178/2018 registered under sections 307, 324 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Petitioner no.2 is said to have given one Hasua blow causing injury on the neck and ear of the informant. The impugned order goes to show that the informant sustained sharp cutting injury on his left side of neck and left side of ear but the aforesaid injury was found simple in nature. It is apparent that there is no repetition of blow.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67551 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Pirpainti P. S. case no. 178/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
