Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code & section 30(a) of the Prohibition of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing have been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73542 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S.
