2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 30(a) and 45 of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 6 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the house of Rabri Devi. Petitioner is son of Rabri Devi. It is further alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons misbehaved with the police personnel during raid.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
