The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant case out of five accused persons four have been granted anticipatory bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court, accused namely Atul Kumar Singh @ Autl Kr. Singh, Munni Devi, Kamal Singh and Satish Kumar Pandey @ Satish Pandey have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court being Cr. Misc. No. 59484 of 2018 vide order dated 08.10.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 61366 of 2018 vide order dated 19.11.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65456 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that out of five accused persons four have been granted bail, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
