JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the IPC, sections 27(b) (ii), 27(d), 28 of the Drugs & Cosmetic Act and section 21 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is driver of the tempo in question and there is no specific allegation against him rather owner of the goods has not been made accused in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in jail custody since 07.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail after completion of five months in jail custody on furnishing
