JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger vide his letter no. 131 dated 11.07.2019 has reported that Sessions Trial No. 392A/2012 is pending for recording the statement of concerned investigating officer. It has further been reported that summons has already been sent to investigating officer but it came to light that concerned investigating officer has been transferred from Banka district to some other place and accordingly, the learned trial court has sought some more time for conclusion of trial of Sessions Trial No. 392A/2012. In the aforesaid circumstance, four months further time is granted to 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 392A/2012. However, the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Munger is directed to send a letter to Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68062 of 2018(4) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 requesting him to direct the concerned investigating officer to appear in his court for deposing in Sessions Trial No. 392A/2012. The concerned court shall annex order of this court with his letter.
