2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.562 of 2023 dated 27.09.2023 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, after delay of 4-5 days, it has been alleged that altercation took place between the informant and the petitioner and the petitioner brutally assaulted the informant alongwith other co-accused person named in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother of the main accused Atma Ram, who alongwith his two friends had fired and assaulted the informant.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.562 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J.) Ashishsingh/- Chn/- U T
