JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017 dated 05.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 145, 186, 342, 323, 353, 379, 427, 435, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

With the death of a young boy studying in Adarsh Public School because of an accident by the school vehicle, the local villagers became angry and blocked the traffic. The petitioner has been named in the F.I.R because of his being the neighbour of the parents of the deceased boy.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
