The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 353, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that informant is Headmistress and petitioner is teacher in Balutol Middle School. Informant in her written report alleged that on 10.08.2019 at about 11 A.M., she was performing her duty in the school office being the Headmistress of the school. In the meantime, petitioner came there and started discussion and when she forbade her then she began to assault her. In the meantime, other accused persons entered into the school armed with weapons

It is also stated that when Bina Kumari, Assistant Teacher came there to save her then all the accused persons also abused her and threatened to kill her and snatched golden chain and Rs.5000/- from Bina Kumari. In the meantime, accused persons torn the school record and thrown hither and thither. On information, husband of the informant came there then accused persons tried to assault him and also took away Rs. 28,000/- from his pocket. Accused persons also extended threat to kill them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant lodged a false case against the petitioner. The petitioner is also Assistant Teacher in the same school. There is no specific allegation the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Barhara (Raghubansh Nagar) P.S. Case No. 179
