2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to pay to this petitioner forthwith his entire entitlement of General Provident Fund Amount with statutory interest up to the date of actual payment minus and amount already paid.
Patna High Court CWJC No.23417 of 2019 dt.28-11-2019 2/2 (ii) To issue an appropriate order/ direction/ command upon the respondents to act in tandem and complete the requirement enabling of this petitioner with respect to his GPF entitlement without inordinate delay.
(iii) To direct for payment of cost of this litigation and (iv) Any other relief or reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 6 and 8 to ensure that the entire admissible GPF amount of the petitioner is paid to him, in accordance with law, latest within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, after adjusting payments already made.
