For direction to the Respondents to remove encroached land/Lane for which order has already been passed by the Authorities."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the District Magistrate, Patna to ensure removal of encroachment in pursuance to the final order dated 18.01.2021 and the notice dated 10.09.2021, issued under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, by the Circle Officer, Barh, Patna in connection with

Patna High Court CWJC No.18190 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 Encroachment Case No.33 of 2020.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Patna to ensure enforcement of the aforesaid orders passed by the Circle Officer, Barh by taking appropriate action, in accordance with law, forthwith. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
