2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that when the informant was going to his home, in the meantime, three

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused Md. Ehsan who has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 18.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48096 of 2024. Learned counsel further submitted that injuries are found to be simple in nature. Learned counsel also submitted that petitioner has not received any ransom. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S.
