2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024, G.R. No. 1374 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 317(4), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., lodged on 29.08.2024 by the informant, Shiwangi Kumari.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant on secret information about stolen motorcycle, intercepted. Though, the accused tried to escape near Kosi Canal, were apprehended, could not produce the papers and accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. Though, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court about the enmity of the police which led to his implication in this case, learned A.P.P. has taken this

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions, as also the fact that the petitioner was caught on spot along with stolen motorcycle, for the present, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail.
