The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 regarding his grievances mentioned in the writ petition and the respondent No.2 be directed to dispose of the said representation within a specified time frame.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances within four weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent No.2, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.21322 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 representation by a speaking and reasoned order. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is needless to state that while considering the matter, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad shall also give an opportunity of hearing to the private respondent No.6 who has been allotted the P.D.S. license.
