The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 307, 379, 384, 427, 504 of the IPC.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the head of the informant by means of iron rod with an intention to kill him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Though the injury of the injured is grievous in nature but the petitioner has already remained in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86638 of 2023(4) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 custody for more than one years. The petitioner has four criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 01.05.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Considering the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Sheohar P.S.
