JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Brahampur P.S.Case No. 315 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is of commission of dacoity in the house of informant and petitioner was identified by the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on suspicion and though he is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in those cases and in this case he is in custody since 6.7.2018. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that apart from the fact that petitioner is named in the FIR he confessed his guilt before police. Having heard both sides and in the facts and
