JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-12-2024 Heard Mr. Abdul Mannan Khan, learned counsel along with Mr. Nihal Beg and Mr. Shive Kumar, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 493 dated 21.06.2024 issued under the signature of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18647 of 2024(2) dt.10-12-2024 2/3 Special Secretary cum Director, Urdu Directorate, Government of Bihar, Patna whereby and where under the petitioner has been transferred from Purnea Division to Koshi Division without following their own resolution/notification."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks that the representation which is pending since 11.11.2024 has not been entertained till date and the same is required to be disposed of in light of the Memo No. 1243 dated 08.10.2014 (Annexure P/4).

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner who is on the verge of his retirement had earlier represented before the Special Secretary cum Director, Cabinet Secretariat, Urdu Directorate, Government of Bihar - respondent no.5 which was not considered and the petitioner was transferred vide Memo No. 493 dated 21.06.2021 (Annexure P/1) to Nirmali, District - Supaul and his name appears at Sl. No. 84. Petitioner informs that after his transfer, petitioner has again filed his representation dated 11.11.2024 before the respondent no.5.

5. The Special Secretary cum Director, Cabinet Secretariat, Urdu Directorate, Government of Bihar - respondent no.5 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously adhering to the Memo No. 1243 dated 08.10.2014 (Annexure P/4).

6. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
