1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that named accused persons came and petitioner assaulted him by farsha causing injury on head and Lalu snatched his chain, while other accused also assaulted.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that there is a land dispute in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 80583 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 between the parties, on account of which, an altercation took place in which both side assaulted each other. It is also submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting then the blow was not repeated and the injury has been opined to be simple in nature, as would manifest from the order impugned.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.311/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
