2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Korha P.S.Case No. 239 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302,304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. They are in custody since16.06.2023.

Considering the facts that there is no direct allegation against the petitioners, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioners are directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
