Nihal Beg and Mr. Shive Kumar, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned GP 23 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the Special Secretary-cum-Director, Cabinet Secretariat, Urdu

Patna High Court CWJC No.18510 of 2024(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 Directorate, Government of Bihar, in view of the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. Learned counsel, however, admits that the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 04.10.2024 passed in CWJC No.10549 of 2024, which he has relied will not be certainly applicable in the case of the petitioners, considering the fact that the same relates to the employees of the Secretariate cadre.

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Special Secretary-cum-Director, Cabinet Secretariat, Urdu Directorate, Government of Bihar is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.

5. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners. (Purnendu Singh, J) chn/- U
