The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.140 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2023. 4.

The victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has said that due to maltreatment she left her house and went to Delhi. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
