JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 dated 22.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Though only five litres of country made liquor was recovered from the dwelling house of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners for their having been made accused earlier in a case of similar nature.
The petitioners may surrender before the learned Court below and pray for regular bail.
