JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 The short submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the enquiry committee constituted for enquiring into the irregularities committed by the petitioner has given clean chit to the petitioner, whereafter the District Supply Officer, Supaul vide his letter dated 23.02.2018 has recommended to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Birpur to take necessary action for revoking the suspension of PDS license of the petitioner. However, no action has been taken till date. In view of the short submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Birpur is directed to pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today.

The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
