Petitioner seeks bail in Rupauli P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Anil Mandal. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66155 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.122 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
